Welcome! This site examines the role of culture in educational materials.
Convergence of Culture, Education and Open Resources A class taught in the fall of 2007 with students from the University of Georgia, Universidade Federal do Ceará, and Universidade Estadual Paulista in Brazil. The course explored culture and open resources by having teams buid some open resources where the teams were from the various universities.

EDIT 9990 Fall 2008 This class will be taught in the fall of 2008. It is a doctoral seminar. The schedule is not yet completed.
