Colleague:
We are conducting a research study to investigate the readability and legibility of on-screen reading materials, such as those used with the Web-based courses and on-screen testing procedures. In the following screens, you will be asked to read several passages of text and answer a few questions. The procedure is similar to a reading comprehension test. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and any information you provide will be kept confidential. Participating in this study should take about 10 to 15 minutes of your time. Please note that there are no risks forseen related to participation in the study. Also, your participation will help shed light on the improvement of readability of future online courses and tests. All information provided by participants will be kept confidential. All identifying marks will be destroyed within six months after completion of the data collection procedures.
