Summary : This article focuses on the results of study that was conducted to determine hoe teachers felt about technology integration. More specifically teachers were polled on what worked, versus what did not, or rather waht helped with learning enhancement versus items that perhaps did not. Five areas were examined in this study and those areas were: social impact, curriculum,interest, experience and personal needs. It also heavily reporsts on teachers feelings and attitudes toward technology being integrated into their classrooms. The articles states that teachers attitudes about technology will impact how effective it is used in their classrooms. Results and conslusion of the study/experiment are shown and discussed in the article.

Personal Relevance : I found this article very interesting because of the desired career that I have chosen. I am planning on going into (evantually) and LSTC position, which primarily is introducing technology into our classrooms. It's interesting to read and learn about how teachers feel - teachers that do not have the same interests or beliefs/thoughts that I have about technology. Of course I am very interested and whole heartedly belive that technology enhances learning and instruction - but even with that belief in mind, teachers that fear technology or see it as too difficult to use or too much trouble, won't necessarily be able to use it effectively in thier own classrooms. This article made me think about and consider how others may be feeling or viewing ideas that are put forth re: technology.
